Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges for a refund or store credit within 3 days from the delivery date. Full-priced merchandise is returnable for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Sale merchandise is returnable for store credit only, minus shipping charges. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits on bespoke or special orders are non-refundable. 

All returns must be in their original condition with their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Exchange & Returns Process

Returns and exchanges require prior approval. To begin a return or exchange, please email with a reason for the return and to request an Return Authorization Form. Please enclose a copy of your receipt, the completed Return Authorization Form and item(s) you’d like to return or exchange to the following address:

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For a gift, store credit will be issued for the full value of the merchandise when accompanied by a gift receipt.
