Why are many of our pieces made to order? Because we're mindful of the environmental effects of excess production and enjoy tailoring our designs to meet your individual requests. 

If the jewelry you are ordering is not listed in our Ready to Ship section, please allow 3-4 weeks for its handcrafted production. We'll update you on your order's progress and delivery date.

Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty of your jewelry for years to come.

Always avoid having your jewelry come in contact with perfumes, cosmetics or household chemicals, and store your jewelry in its pouch to lessen tarnishing. Take care to avoid exposing your jewelry to substances containing bleach or ammonia and remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. 

For any tarnishing that may occur, we recommend this tarnish remover. It's not suitable for argentium or porous stones; please read the instructions carefully.
